Yvonne Sayers - Health & Wellbeing Team Leader
Hello, my name's Yvonne. I have many years’ experience working with families in crisis, dealing with all aspects of life and the difficulties that life can bring.
In my own life, it’s not the crisis that I remember, but the people that helped me through it, which is why I like to help others when they need support.
I'm also an experienced parent and family support advisor. I've supported many parents and families over the years, by implementing family support plans, and helping parents to improve their parenting skills through parenting programmes.
We're here to provide support and guidance to you - to help you live a healthier and happier life.

Heidi Rehman - Health and Wellbeing Coach
Hi, I’m Heidi, a proud Waterside local with a passion for people and community. Born and raised here, I love everything about this vibrant place we call home. I’ve always believed in the power of connection and the importance of supporting one another to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives - with plenty of fun along the way!

My background spans early years and family education, and in later years becoming a professional fundraiser for both national and local cancer charities, this has led to a deep passion for supporting people affected by cancer. These roles have deepened my commitment to making a positive impact and helping others thrive. I believe that health and happiness isn’t just about the body and the mind, it’s how we feel, think and live too, and taking a holistic approach recognises the connection between physical, mental and emotional wellness. ​I’m a true people person and believe that with the right encouragement, support, and motivation, we can all achieve more, feel better, and live life more fully.

Angela Burnett - Health and Wellbeing Coach
Hi, I’m Angie, I am very passionate about health and wellbeing and love supporting people in areas they may be struggling with. I believe the mind and body work in harmony and I have been very fortunate to have gained experience in my working life which encompasses both mental and physical health.
I have 30+ years experience working as a fitness instructor both high end fitness and from a rehabilitation aspect. I have worked as a therapy assistant and have a passion for supporting those who are struggling with mental health conditions by adopting cognitive behavioural skills, person centred skills, and a mindfulness approach.
I look forward to working alongside you to help you achieve your goals.

Cher Henvest - Health and Wellbeing Coach
Hi, I’m Cher, I am a qualified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist.
I have many years’ experience and knowledge in the health and fitness industry.
I am a warm, friendly person that has helped motivate people to lead a happy and
well-balanced life. I have helped lots of people in our community to meet their fitness, nutrition, and health goals.
I believe that when people have the right tools and encouragement they will thrive!
I hope I can give you the confidence and positive mindset to make lifelong changes too.
