Hi I’m Angie

I am very passionate about health and wellbeing and love supporting people in areas they may be struggling with. I believe the mind and body work in harmony and I have been very fortunate to have gained experience in my working life which encompasses both mental and physical health.

I have 30+ years experience working as a fitness instructor both high end fitness and from a rehabilitation aspect. I have worked as a therapy assistant and have a passion for supporting those struggling with mental health conditions by adopting Cognitive Behavioural Sills, Person Centred skills and a Mindfulness Approach.
